Binance have the key ,only they can find your coin but they won’t .
Not sure why they would suggest that we can help. We don’t have any level of access to users accounts.
From that txn hash, I can see that they were transferred to this wallet
0x3cf720dc74bb2c0071f29a8df970ab9093ad3808
If that’s a Binance account, they’re the only ones with the keys to access the account.
