Hello the transaction hash you provided belong to tron network which MM doesn’t support, please make sure you are using MM and you have provided right transaction hash.

Did you send your USDT to the Polygon address on Binance? If it was sent to the wrong network, I would contact Binance to see if there is anything they can do for you.

Just found out about https://blockscan.com/ to see what network a transaction is on with just the transaction hash :slight_smile:

Indeed that’s very helpful. Btw When I searched that hash on tron network it showed tron transactions there also😅
