August 27th I contacted support and my ticket is still open.
I sent 1.799 Alice token from Binance to Metamask and recieved it displaying as 0.000000000001799. It is only displaying this way in Metamask because when I connect my wallet to the Alice seed game site it shows correctly.
As you can see from Etherscan, the transaction is missing quite a few decimal spaces.
