Sent tokens to ERC20 instead of BEP20

Hi I have sent ERC 20 instead of BEP but to the correct address from MetaMask wallet

Can the receiver fix this or please advise how to fix from my end.

You will need to use the Binance bridge to move your tokens from one network to another.
