My funds were never received. I entered my TFUEL Binance recipient address and sent normal as I do with all of my Metamask withdrawals to Binance. I have opened a ticket on this. Any support someone can lend to me? This is a dire emergency.
I have all the information needed and transaction hash. I logged into my Theta Mainnet Wallet usual course of business and sent my 124,979 TFUEL to my Binance Account by entering my Binance TFUEL wallet address in the recipient field in my Metamask Extension.
I sent TFUEL to Binance from Metamask and it didnt arrive, although the transaction was completed.
If you check the tx id on thetascan-io and explorer-thetatoken-org (dash used for . to break links), the explorer-thetatoken-org shows the transaction with the correct value of TFUEL, however the thetascan-io, that Binance looked at, shows the tx type as “7 - smart contract” with a value of 0, also the from and to address are both “0x”.
There is definitely an issue with how Metamask is working with the THETA Mainnet.
I have done the same think today to mandala exchange. I have sent 60000 tfuel from my theta network metamask wallet to my tfuel address theta network mandala exchange. but I have no coins in my account. How did you solve yours? what do i need to do?
i am sorry to hear it has not been solved for you… I am beginning to worry. I have submitted a ticket to my exchange an hour ago. I don’t know when they will respond.
Have you also sent a ticket to Metamask, it seems to be their problem not the exchange?
I got an initial reply from Metamask saying the transfer was 0 (see above message). I replied that they were wrong and should look again, giving screenshots of the transaction id details in two different blockchain explorers, which show different info. So Metamask seems to have screwed up their implementation of THETA mainnet & TFUEL. Still waiting on another reply.

Today, i have received a message from my exchange. It said, “We’ve reached out to our developers and will let you know once you’ve been properly credited”. It gives my hope that they can do something. At least they responded within 24hrs of my ticket.

My TFUEL I sent to Binance has not been refunded from over a month ago and Metamask Support will not respond back to me either. Who do I reach out to on the Metamask side regarding this outrage!
submit a request and snapshot of what happened and explain your situation. I did yesterday. I am waiting for response. Meanwhile my exchange “supposedly” are trying to credit my account. By the way, when I go to my theta explorer “explorer.thetatoken” paste your exchange tfuel address and see if you see your tfuel coins in the balance. I pasted my exchange tfuel address and i do see my Tfuel balance with the amount i sent from metamask wallet. However, the balance does not show on my exchange to trade/sell. so i told my exchange and they said they are working on it. keep me informed. I will do the same of any results.
