The time the transactions appear in etherscan, what time is utc?

I want to investigate my computer to see in the hours before a theft in MetaMask, what happened and I need to locate the time of the transactions, since I live in Spain and I don’t know if it is the same time

Afaik, Etherscan show transactions in UTC, which is 1 hour behind Spain.
So if Etherscan shows 1 PM, the time in Spain will be 2 PM.
