The transaction was fielded but the amount disappeared. help please

I sent 19999 USDT (BSC) from 0xec4Acd46A9Adec6223E47dd02520921B64a29938 to 0x0c84dbbf2b116d7c7b5a3d357e2c9d16b977220e but the transaction was fielded.

This amount was deducted from my wallet, but it did not reach the destination wallet.
