USDT was stolen

Hello tow days ago from my MetaMask wallet was stolen my 129 USDT by this token holder 0x61e94cbf989acfc4a43f46098b504c817f5d6728. I don’t know how because I didn’t share nothing. The transaction hash is 0x5ded951100f5f1c04baac31cec79f42262d5ecd313d350195aaa3d5efc64e7c9. Can anyone help I need my USDT. My USDT was disappeared after spend limit approval from zoogame.app. Thanks for supporting.
