Description: The user experience in the mobile app must be improved.
Purpose: I sincerely believe that the six aspects of a good user experience need improvement. I want to make it clear that I’m referring to the mobile app.
Let’s talk about:
Utility: On several occasions, the app hasn’t provided me with the solution or the utility I needed. It’s even possible that it has one, but I haven’t been able to find it.
Usability: It’s not easy to navigate the mobile app. Days after using it, it’s not designed to return to the previous page and be intuitive for your next move. I think its interface could still be greatly improved. I still have trouble finding functions.
Design: It’s true that it’s somewhat different and modern compared to other classic exchanges, but if you don’t achieve a good user experience…
Performance: The loading speed isn’t slow, but it slows down a bit in some functions. I’ve read several topics about what we usually encounter, especially on Mac/iOS.
Content: This is another area that needs improvement. I think we don’t use about 10% of the content available in MetaMask because we have to search through the app’s nooks and crannies, discovering options, and logging in again.
Accessibility: It should be more accessible and its functionality improved for all app users, including those who aren’t as familiar with it.
In summary, I see great potential, but the user experience currently isn’t the best. This is key for those of us who spend hours and hours on our phones and in an investment app.
