Would you be able to send a transaction hash? Where did you perform these swaps?

Make sure you are on the correct network and that you have imported the correct contract addresses for the token.
I would also suggest contacting the team that you have transacted the swap on.
check everything is correct the funds are the ones that disappeared even the minutes before and there is no exit from my wallet the problem is the wallet
I am sure that the problem was the wallet that the date changed for a few moments then the 180 busd disappeared and also 116 BFC I just want to know if they are reimbursed or not
Would you be able to send transaction hashes for the swaps you are referring to?
There are transactions in your wallet to BUSD and BFC, and it looks like those transactions were successful and sent to your address. After those swaps, it looks like there have been BUSD and BFC transactions out of your wallet, which is likely why you don’t see the balance. Did you confirm these transactions?
If I confirm the transactions and they were carried out successfully but the balance does not appear, the balance I had before the transactions in those currencies is more disappeared

It looks like your swap transactions were successful and sent to your address. After your swaps for BUSD and BFC, there were other transactions that transferred BUSD and BFC out of your wallet which is likely why the balances are not showing.
Excuse me but check and there are no more operations it is a wallet error because there is no output of those tokens from my wallet … what is the solution that happens metamask is not reliable I really need answers and solution thanks
According to address 0x5beB79981f41D4D77B46104a3b721f55B4865347, there have been transfers of BUSD and BFC OUT of your wallet shortly after that have been transfers IN.
these 2 movements do not come out in my wallet
