I sent CWEB Bep20 tokens to Kucoin CWEB wallet address which is ERC 20 so tokens not reached there but in MetaMask transaction showing successful. How should i get back my CWEB tokens to MetaMask wallet? please help

Tokens cannot be sent directly from network to network, they must be bridged first. Although the transaction was shown as successful, they have gone nowhere and cannot be retrieved because all transactions on the blockchain are irreversible.
