Transaction has gone through on BSC Scan but not Metamask?

I have the same issue. swapped mbox for bnb, transactions were done and zero balance on metamask. i don’t know how to fix this and i’m searching for hours and encounter nothing. I mailed the support and i’m just waiting now.
