Transaction pending impossible to cancel

Hi,
I tried to deploy a smart contract on polygon but the transaction is still pending
I think I did something wrong. I can’t speed up the transaction and I tried to cancel it

Are you using a framework like Truffle to deploy the smart contract? Can you explain the steps you did to reach the error?
