I had to add my eth to my metamask manual using the add token option, now I want to send it to my Coinbase it’s not showing up , it’s only showing BNB which has 0 coins in it, I can’t select the ETH tab, please help
What network is your ETH on? If it is on Ethereum mainnet then please make sure your MetaMask wallet is on Ethereum mainnet, not on BSC.
If it is on another network please make sure you are on the correct network and you have added ETH as a custom token.

That’s the mistake I made, when I transferred the tokens manually it was on the wrong network Smart chain 
Sorry to hear, unfortunately all transactions on the blockchain are irreversible and these tokens cannot be retrieved.
