Transfer WAX from MetaMask

Hi,

I’ve got WAX tokens in a MetaMask wallet ever since their ICO a few years ago and need to transfer them out. I want to transfer them to an exchange where I have to enter:

1. Address
2. Memo

Does anyone know how to do that?
