I am relatively new to this world and I have been trying to claim a payout and I keep getting this message:
“We were not able to estimate gas. There might be an error in the contract and this transaction may fail”. and under data it says:
"Transaction decoding is not available for chainId 56:
I have been able to deposit and re-deposit with no issues.
Any ideas. (I know a few other people who have had no problems with claiming)

It would be best if you contact Support team at https://support.metamask.io and click Start a Conversation
Once you click Start a conversation a live chat bot will appear on your screen. It will give you an automated response at first, but afterwards you should be able to contact the support team directly.
