Untitled collection showing in metamask

Hey guys, I have had issues since last year where the collection of our NFTs is showing up as untitled in MetaMask even though the contract name is correct in OpenSea. We have set up the correct JSON to show name and description using OpenSea’s docs so wondering why it would not pull through to metamask. Is this because we are using 1155? This is occurring on both Polygon and ETH any help or insight would be appreciated.

Have you tried an alternative way of adding your NFT, such as through auto-detection or doing it manually?

@nakedwinnie added this token manually and it still is showing as untitled. Even though opensea has it named correctly
