I’m quite new to the crypto world and I was moving some USDT from my metamask wallet to an exchange platform. According to bscscan it was a total success, but the cryptos haven’t entered the exchange’s blockchain yet. How can I know what happened?
PS: they do receive USDT (ERC20).
