USDT Stuck in my metamask account! Can not send or swap

I currently hold USDT in my metamask account and there is nothing I can do to send OR swap.

Can anyone help?

Hello yesterday i tried to swap mi coins which was shiba inu into usdcoin and de transacción was Approved bui i didn’t recibe my usdcoin and my Wallet still show the amount and the valué

I got the same problem, with ZDCV2, where I swap 5400 coins to BNB and it was succesfull, my ammount of BNB was decreased, But the ZDCV2 remains in my wallet, and the ammount of BNB has not been creited, I paid for the transaction but was not completed
