USDT withdrawfrom Kucoin wasn't receive In metamask

I withdraw USDT from Kucoin but wasn’t able to receive it in metamask. I have the right address and Kucoin said that the transaction shows completed on their end, and to reach out to receiving end. I already created a case. Did anyone encounter the same issue?

Steps taken so far

  1. added KCC-MAINNET
  2. added usdt token ( not sure if I have the right address)
  3. I tried adding the usdt address listed on the hash

but it is giving me an error saying that Personal address detected. Enter the token contract address.

yes it is the same address I use, and it is giving me an error when adding it. You can try adding the token address on your end. I am getting this error “Personal address detected. Enter the token contract address.”
