My wallet is not connecting

If you’re having trouble connecting your wallet to wallet to a dapp, try disabling other wallet in your browser using this guide, then try to connect again: https://support.metamask.io/hc/en-us/articles/11907107168923-I-can-t-connect-MetaMask-Extension-to-a-dapp
If the above guide doesn’t work, try connecting manually to the dapp using this guide: https://support.metamask.io/hc/en-us/articles/360045901112-Manually-connecting-to-a-dapp
If all the above guide doesn’t work, please reach out to MetaMask Support.
- Visit : https://support.metamask.io/
- Click the large blue “start a conversation” bubble in the upper middle of page, looks like this:
- This will connect you to a bot at first, answer some questions and it will open a ticket for you with an agent.
Remember - NOBODY, including from support, will ask for your secret recovery phrase or for you to input it onto any website for confirmation.
