Where can I find the mobile's browser in open source code?

I wondering how I create the In-app-web3-browser like mobile’s browser in MetaMask.
So, download the open source in my computer and open the files.
Because of my poor skills, I couldn’t understand the coding and find where Web3 browser is related.
Please let me know if you know this problem.
