Withdraw from OKEX to METAMASK Wallet issue

Hello all,

I transferred USDT to my MetaMask yesterday. The funds were debited from OKEX account, but did not appear on my MetaMask Wallet.

I will write the steps that I’ve done to make sure that I did nothing wrong.

On OKEX:
Select currency
USDT
Withdrawal method
On-Chain
Select the USDT withdrawal network
USDT-OKExChain
Please confirm the network you wish to use is USDT-OKExChain.

On MetaMask:
I simply copied the public address.
Note: Under the “Wallet” stands “Ethereum Main Network”.

On OKEX:
Address Book
(HERE I PASTE THE ADDRESS)
Amount
450 USDT
Service Fee
5.0032 USDT

After that I submitted it. And still no USDT on my wallet. Could you please help me?

Today, after 24hrs from the transfer, I added the OKExChain Mainnet Network on MetaMask. Still no 0 USDT.

What should I do. I sent this issue to support but they said:

it may take up to 7 days until getting a reply

I would be grateful for any help and tips.

Enter your ETH address and search Contract address: your ETH
Copy this contact address and click Add token - Token Contract Address…

Luigi thanks for your help on this issue, your support is more quickly than metamask’s customer service. For Step 1, it’s quite easy, but Step 2 is bit difficult for fresh people, here i add some extra steps for Step 2.

Open https://www.oklink.com/okexchain

copy your wallet ETH address “0x…” and paste it into the Search Bar with “Address/Transaction/Height” words
on the search result page, click the KIP20 trading tab, you will see the transaction history.
click the ETHK link under the Token column, you will review the ETHK Contract address: 0x… on the right of the page, copy it.
Click to metamask extension on chrome, click the Add Token button, fill the form as following:

Token Contract address: paste the ETHK Contract address: 0x…
Token Symbol:ETHK
Decimals of Precision:18
Go next step, you done, please wait for a moment, you will review your assets.

Hi Lancewu. Successfully Transferred some Eth from Okex to Metamask using the steps above. Do you have an idea on how can i move or transfer if back to Etherium Mainnet from OKExChain Mainnet on Metamask extension?

meybe the same issue On okex I sent eth to my wallet address via ERC20 and looked it up via etherscan and it did, but on MetaMask the balance was 0? My address is 0xe3c6a1603dfe67d33b75c76e07cabf623f5b1db3

As I can see on the blockchain explorer you received ETH from OKEx 9 days ago and then today they were transferred away to another public address. Is this the amount you were looking for and could not see in your wallet?
