XYO ERC 20 Tokens

I have XYO ERC-20 tokens in my Etherscan account and I have no idea how I can transfer them to my MetaMask Wallet to utilise them. I seem to recall I had a MetaMask account previously but could not login, so I created a new account … I don’t know if this has created confusion.

I have email copies confirming the tokens were sent to Etherscan with details if required.

Could you please assist me as I am confused with all this and have no-one I can ask for help.

You will need your public address from your MetaMask wallet to send tokens from your other wallet.

You will need to contact support from the sending wallet on how to send tokens from that specific wallet.
