I made this transaction 3 days ago and because it is pending I can’t send ether to my another wallet. What can I do ?

I searched for your txid on Etherscan.io and see that the tx was dropped and replaced, but eventually failed. Your tokens should be back in your address/account, minus the gas fee. You can attempt your tx again with a higher gas fee.
Remember: the gas fee is determined and taken by the network, not MetaMask. The fee fluctuates based on demand for transactions to be completed.
