Acccidentaly send WOO from Metamask to KuCoin

I’ve tried to transfer my WOO tokens at MetaMask (Binance Smart Chain) to my KuCoin account but it didn’t work out. Have not received anything (> 24 hours). What did I do wrong and how can I solve this matter?

Never did this one before :frowning: therefore made this naive mistake but need to know if/how to get the $WOO back… Any suggestions?
