I’ve tried all the suggestions the chatbot has given me.
Ever since the upgrade happened that supposedly added smart accounts I have not been able to access the “Account Details” menu item for an individual address. I never upgraded an account to a smart wallet. I usually go to this section to get my private key when I need it. Now all I see is the nickname of the wallet and a spinner loading forever. This happens across all networks. Screen shot attached.
FYI I solved it with support. The issue was the binance smart chain was having an RPC error that you see when you go edit the RPC. When I removed Binance C Chain it worked.
