Add CIC Chain (Crazy Internet Coin) to Custom Network List

Description:
With the upcoming DEX being released on the CIC Chain (Crazy Internet Coin), a lot of MetaMask users will be required to add the Network settings to their wallets, and it’d be splendid if it was searchable through the new ‘Show custom network list’.

Purpose:
Quality of Life for CIC Chain MetaMask Users.
