Although it doesn’t detect every token, the token detection feature may be what you are looking for.

To be fully clear, Token Detection is turned off by default as a security precaution.

Malicious tokens have been used as an attack vector. You should only interact with tokens you know are a legitimate project.

As noted by @0coininMM, there are too many for us to verify each project. There are over 500,000 on just the Ethereum blockchain, with new ones being created almost daily.
