Hello MetaMask community!
The MetaMask support team will now be moving to a new ticketing system to live chat support. The old ticketing system of creating a request will be discontinued, and the wait time with live chat support will now be much shorter.
To submit a ticket to our support team, please go to https://metamask.zendesk.com/hc/en-us and click Start a Conversation
on the bottom of the page.
A live chat box window will then automatically appear on your screen where you may contact the support team.
MetaMask only offers support via our Help-Center and Community channels
