I received an SMS stating that my wallet will be suspended if I don’t enable it in the SMS authentication system. A link is attached with hxxxs://service-metamask.io/.
Is that a scam? According to my cognition, MetaMask will not contact us with an unofficial channel. However, I just wanna make sure whether SMS is or is not an official channel.
Yes it’s a scam, never click back n such links and if you still have doubts contact support and confirm from them. Metamask wallet never store you email id or phone number so it is a scam.
