This is a scam! Please do not interact and beware of similar kind of mails in the future.
Some red flags that you can notice in the future:
a. “If you don’t verify your wallet will be restricted”. MetaMask can not restrict your wallet. Only you are in control of your seed phrase.
b. That is not the official MetaMask email
There are many more things that shows red flags, such as the layout, font, etc.
