App not creating wallet

I have downloaded the app but when creating the wallet it stays on one place not creating wallet

Did you download the mobile version of metamask or the plug-in version? What are the prompts when creating an address?

I downloaded the app from the huawei app store - on opening the app it takes me to the either restore or create page from there i create the wallet with the phrases
After submitting and copying the address it goes to the next stage where the app gets stuck on the metamask symbol where is comes and goes does not move forward or anything

Have you tried restarting your phone? If the address cannot be created after restart, you can configure VPN to create it. However, we should ensure that VPN is secure.
