Balance may be outdated?

I just had a buy go through in Trade butler bot and all looks good on Bsc scan, however it never came through to MM when I go and hover the mouse over the current balance it shows a popup “Balance may be outdated”? Tried switching networks, logging out/in, different browser and the right click option “this can read and change site data”. No luck so far.

I have the same issue on the Matic network. I keep seeing my 0.3 matic balance on quickswap but I am unable to make transactions due to insufficient balance. Which is strange cuz for the transaction only 0.0004 matic is needed.
