BAT sent with KCC network not arriving

Please help.

I sent BAT( basic attention token)using KCC mainet from kucoin to META mask.
Obviously I did created KCC network but not showing BAT for two days.

I searched some having similar issues and solved by import custom token. So I tried address for BAT from etherscan and tried to created custom token but doesn’t import! What should I do to get my BAT in Metamask?
