hello, I sent eth from kcc network from kucin, but it did not fall into my metamask, so I asked support from kucoin and they added the kcc network to the wallet, but it still did not fall into the account. what should we do ?

Hi @Volkan_Cetin you must copy contract address :point_down: KCC-Peg Ether

Send it back to kucoin exchange :point_down: you have to copy the address for KCC

Try set gas limit to 200000 :point_down: or 100000
