Stucked ETH on KCC chain

Hi, I had ETH withdraw from Kucoin on KCC chain. My ETH didn’t arrive. Tried two times but nothing happened. KCC network is set in my account, some KCS were put.

Are you comfortable sharing the address you sent funds to so we can take a look?

If not then take a look here: https://support.metamask.io/hc/en-us/articles/8852012984091-ETH-or-other-tokens-not-appearing-in-recipient-s-wallet

I did it 15 mins ago but still nothing. It is a long time to see them in the wallett?

Hmm you should see it immediately :grinning: weird
Try to connect the MetaMask wallet to https://kuswap.finance/#/swap
and exchange all ETH for KCS

OK, connected. Swapped some ETH to KCS.

Nice :+1: now you can swap everything and send it back to kucoin exchanger.
Or you can use kucoin bridge https://bridge.kcc.io/
and exchange all KCS for Ethereum (Ethereum network) but I think there are big fees  the first option will be better.

I would send back all KCS to Kucoin. But on KCC or ER20 chain?

On the kucoin page :slightly_smiling_face: select the address for the KCC network

If you are not sure, send a smaller amount of KCS (0.2 KCS).

Many THX! Everything came back to Kucoin
But I still don’t know what did I do wrong.
I just wanted to put ETH to MetaMask at lower (KCC) fee… but sth went wrong?
I still need ETH but how should I do that? Not using ERC20, of course.

I understand that you want to save on fees :slightly_smiling_face: but sometimes it’s better not to speculate too much. Because even a transfer from one network to another may not be very cheap.

I would use MATIC (Polygon network) also cheap fees  it’s a more well-known network
and then swapped somewhere for Ethereum (Ethereum network)
