Used KCC to send USDT from Kucoin to Metamask

Hey guys, I tried to send myself USDT from Kucoin this morning using the KCC network as it had 5% of the fees and said it was compatible but the USDT never arrived even though Kucoin say it has been successfully transferred. I guess i’m wondering have I lost my funds, does KCC take way longer and how can I follow this up as they say that they have deposited the funds but there is an issue on Metamasks end.

Hi @user595,

As mentioned by Tuya, 500 USDT on Kucoin network was transferred to another address. I have checked your account, and 483 USDT on Ethereum network was sent to this address as well: 0x5651b04d16356615eb37933fca238d1616901ccb

Seems like somebody has access to your account. If “you” have not transferred your funds to other accounts, Never send any funds to this account anymore.

Hello there.
I got a similar issue. I added the KCC network as explained in the KuCoin email. It’s now on my wallet.
I transfered some ETH and despite the transaction being succesful according to KuCoin, I didn’t recieved the ETH on my MetaMask wallet.

Can someone help me too?

Hmm when you connect your wallet to https://kuswap.finance/ select eth and you should see them.

Then you can exchange them for KCS and send it away

Or send us a screenshot maybe it will help us.

This is the network you should use according to chainlist: KCC Mainnet RPC and Chain settings | ChainList (DYOR)
Switch to this network on your mm wallet once you’ve added the network and your funds should be visible.
