KUCOIN -> Metamask transaction

Hello Guys,

A few days ago i send Eth from my KUCOIN Account via KCC Network to my MetaMask Wallet.
I added the KCC Network but It still isn’t displayed.
KUCOIN Support told me that the transaction was successfull.
