Bep20 network transfer from Binance to MetaMask wallet?

Hi!
I was wondering if once I have connected the Binance network to MetaMask wallet

That I can use the bep20 network to transfer my shib tokens from Binance exchange to my MetaMask wallet

Because it’s much cheaper

Ie erc20 transfer fees are 2 million plus

Versus

Bep20 transfer fees about 22k

Have looked around on you tube and this forum but couldn’t seem to find any clear guidance on this
