Binance transferred MATIC to Metamask

I have sent MATIC to Metamask but when i created Matic test net and added token MATIC it doesnt show me my balance in Metamask. I see it on Etherscan its there but i dont see it in Metamask.

Added Smart Chain also and it doesnt show me there also

On Matic network it shows me this

I have also same issue,on etherscan and binance showing sucess but in metamask shows 0 matic

I sent Matic to Metamask but it is in my ethereum main net and I can’t figure out how to move it to the Matic net. I can’t swap it out of the ethereum mainet
