Coins not showing in wallet between network switching

I am trying to transfer some tokens from an account created in Ethereum Network to a new account created in a Matic Mainnet. The transaction is successful and I can see the tokens if I am in Ethereum Network, but when I switch to Matic Mainnet, it does not show any of my tokens and display an error message “Unable to load balance”. Can you please look into this and resolve asap.

Similar problem. I have an Ethereum Mainnet account and a MATIC Mainnet account. In both the Ethereum Mainnet account and the MATIC Mainnet account I have a MATIC wallet with the same address. Whenever I send MATIC coins they go to the MATIC wallet in the Ethereum Mainnet account but I need them to go to my MATIC wallet in MATIC Mainnet account. I clearly messed up but don’t know how to fix the problem. Can anyone help me resolve this, please? Metamask support is useless.
