Blurry webcam while scanning QR codes

Hello,

I recently got a hardware ledger (Keystone Pro) and originally managed to link it up to MetaMask on my desktop and my mobile.

Since then I have had real difficulty scanning QR codes when using my desktop. The camera (I’m tried 3 different types) is always blurry and I cannot seem to get it to scan the confirmation QR code from the ledger.

I’ve reinstalled the MM desktop extension in Firefox and also tried it using the Chrome extension but it doesn’t help.

Mobile works fine but I fine it easier and quicker to do it on my desktop.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hello @Narof , welcome to MetaMask community.

This may seem like a hardware issues with the phone camera . Did you clean the camera lens properly?
And maintain a fair distance from your desktop while scanning ?
