Can I recover my phrase after my phone has been damage?

My phone got damage and my recovery phrase is gone with the phone and I have an asset in it, can it be recovered?

MetaMask asks you to write down your Secret Recovery Phrase several times, for these types of situations.

Did you ever access your wallet on another device (like a PC) that you have access to?

If you have saved your seed phrase, then you can recover.
Also, if you have access to same account in different device, then you can view seed phrase and save it for future purpose
