Kindly check if you have connected to these sites before .
And be careful to lookout for dubious websites and malicious links .
If you already have sites connected to your MM wallet. Kindly disconnect and reconnect again .

Any address in the wallet cannot be linked. Specifically, select metamask, and the error is displayed directly without a window popping up.

If the issue persists, try resetting your Metamask account by going to Settings > Advanced > Reset Account . Once your account is reset, restart your browser and try connecting your sites to Metamask again . Have you tried this ?
Remember to keep your seedphrase and private keys safe before trying any of these procedures.

你先不要重置，多清除几次缓存，重启浏览器，我之前也遇到过这样的问题，清除几次缓存后就可以了，如果连续试了几次不行的话，需要保存好私钥和助记词，然后再去重置。

Have you cleared the cache on your browser ? If you tried and it doesn’t work . Then you have to try to reset your wallet .
Remember to keep your memonic and private keys safe before doing any of these .

Resetting the wallet is useless, but resetting the browser is OK, I hope it can help friends who have this problem
