Can't send any Hex to another account

Hey hey,
I really need help. I set up a meta mask wallet for my mom.
Mine works fine. But I can’t make any transaction with HEX from my moms account.
Neither can I send it to my address nor can I stake it. I tried everything but nothing seems to work :frowning:

yes she does, but we swapped most of it to HEX already. Everything worked fine for me but for some reason I can’t send her HEX to another meta mask wallet or even stake it on the HEX website :frowning:

and has enough ETH? :grinning: ETH needs to pay for gas

Metamask does not write a some mistake?

Oh my god. Is it that simple??? :woman_facepalming: Thank you so much. I tried everything and nearly got a burn out from it cause everything worked so easily for me and I didn’t know that the gas fee is paid in ETH. Thank you so so much … :tulip:
