Change password on browser extension

Hello,
Is there a way to change my login password on the MetaMask browser extension? I’ve searched and didn’t find the option. I’ll keep searching around.

You can only change your mm password by resetting your wallet. I would only encourage this if there is a good reason for doing so. Before you reset your wallet it is crucial that you ensure you have your seed phrase saved and that you save the private keys of any imported addresses.

@ptn77 If loosing or forgetting your password is the reason to change your password, then I’d suggest to considering using password manager. There’s plethora of choices for a good one. Even Zoho Vault which comes along with their Zoho OneAuth does wonders albeit being a free tier.
