Chrome Extension does not auto-update

MM Chrome browser extension does not auto-update as described in support docs. This troubleshooting guide instructs to “log-out” of the extension. I have no “log-out” only a lock. How can I get my extension updated?

Same problem for me with Chrome and Brave. I solved in both cases forcing an update for all extensions.

Do the following steps:

  • go to the extension page inserting in url chrome://extensions for Chrome or brave://extensions for Brave
  • select developer mode
  • select update

Thank you for the response. I’ll try that next time. MM support offered little help and told me to reinstall so I did that this time,
