Coinspot to Metamask

70 hours ago I sent eth from coinspot to metamask. The eth on the coinspot app says the transaction is complete.

From what I can see there is no transaction to the metamask on etherscan and I have not yet received any funds.

Does anybody know what’s going on?

What went wrong?
I’m having a similar problem tried to send my shiba inu tokens to my metamask wallet ehterscan says it’s all successful but nothing has appeared in my metamask wallet still and it’s been 2 days!?
