I sent ETH to Metamask and the transaction was successful. But still not showing up in Metamask almost 5 hours later. The address is correct and the Etherscan documents prove the transaction.
Pls advise what the problem is.

Is this issue ongoing? If the etherscan txn is successful, please open a support ticket with screenshots illustrating that your balance is displaying incorrectly.
